Self-Motivation – Optimally, you want to count on your employees to do their job without you telling them what to do. Someone with this trait will possess a strong will to win and desire to be successful. It is also important to know what individually motivates and drives each of your team members. This will only increase their will to win!
Competitive – When searching for a candidate, it is vital to be on the lookout for a competitive spirit. You want someone that likes to win but win the right way. I always look for applicants that will raise the bar and create some fun competition within the team.
