Tim Stainken
Managing Partner
With a successful track record as Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Marketing, and President for both Fortune 500 and early-stage payments and fintech companies, Tim is a seasoned payments executive. He spent 15 years at American Express, where he led sales, product, and marketing teams. Prior to joining Group W Partners, he built a high-performing sales and marketing team for an emerging fintech organization.
After a successful 30-year career in payments with American Express, including managing Global Commercial Card/B2B Payments, Merchant Acquisition, and Regional Marketing, Julie joined Group W Partners. She has a proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and leading high-performance payments and fintech teams.
As an associate at Group W Partners, Glen contributes his extensive sales leadership experience of over 30 years, gained from working with major corporations such as American Express, Equifax, and LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Glen is also the President and Founder of GJP Consulting, a renowned sales acceleration consulting firm, in addition to his expertise in payments recruitment.
Cathy has held positions as an owner and operations manager for regional retail and manufacturing companies throughout her career. Her most recent role was as the operations manager for a national manufacturer located in Carlsbad, California.
