Since founding Group W Partners Inc. in 1999, Steven Wade has specialized in recruiting and placing top sales and marketing talent within the Payments industry. His client base includes global Fortune 100 companies as well as emerging enterprises in credit, debit and prepaid card issuing, merchant acquiring/processing, e-invoicing, alternative payment solutions and ecommerce related technology. Prior to Group W Partners, Steve spent 20 years with American Express Merchant Services most recently as Vice President of the U.S. Field Marketing Group in New York and as Vice President Retail Strategic Relationship Group in Chicago. In addition, he served 3 years as Regional Marketing Vice President with the Hertz Corporation working in the car rental industry with partner airlines and hotels and 3 years as National Sales Manager for the Oklahoma Publishing Co. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma. As a previously successful payments industry professional and hiring manager in a corporate environment, Steve not only brings a high level of practical experience to his search consulting business but the same passion for quality, service and value that has characterized his career for the last 30 years.

Due to his extensive background, which includes relationships with many of the bankcard industry's prominent leaders, Rick launched Exec-Links in 2002 with a strong focus on the merchant processing industry.

Wayne founded Sills Associates in 1982 after 4 years of executive search experience. Since 1978 he has completed hundreds of search assignments for broad array of positions in a variety of industries and disciplines.
Wayne serves on the membership committee of the Association for Corporate Growth Chicago Chapter, served on the Board of Directors of Goodwill Industries of Metropolitan Chicago, is a past member of The Executives Club of Chicago and served on the Long Range Planning Committee of his local elementary school district.. Other current activities include the Community/Business Partnership for his local High School and coaching youth sports.
