Interview-Assist (IA) is a program we have designed to provide professional candidate assessments to our clients even if you are not using Group W Partners for the actual search project. Perhaps you do not have time to interview all candidates. Or you may feel you need an independent assessment from a search consultant who knows the industry and is highly competent in interviewing and talent assessment. Regardless of the need, we will work with HR professionals, hiring managers, or others in your organization to assist in the critical candidate interviewing and assessment phase. Depending upon your needs, we can offer IA at two different levels:
Candidate Screening
1. 30 minute telephone interview to determine if a candidate has the experience, product knowledge and skills to be considered a viable candidate.
2. Written report and recommendation with an overview of strengths, weaknesses and potential issues.
Cost: $150
Candidate Assessment
- An extensive telephone interview using competency-based interviewing techniques to analyze and assess a candidate’s ability to be successful in your organization and position based on past performance.
- In conjunction with a professional assessment tool, we will profile candidate behavioral tendencies providing insights into areas like managing change, planning and organization, interpersonal skills, results orientation, leadership and cultural fit. In addition, we have a sales specific assessment that will help you determine whether a candidate has the personality attributes to be successful in a sales environment. Either tool can help you match a candidate’s personality to that of your organization and specific job opportunity, increasing the chances of a “good fit” for both parties.
- We will produce a comprehensive written document outlining our findings and final recommendations and discuss those findings with the appropriate person in your organization.
Cost: $450
However,when you use Group W Partners for a full search assignment, we will credit 100% of your costs for IA projects during the previous 12 months to the cost of that full search assignment (not to exceed 25% of the search project fees).
Video Interviewing
We have partnered with a leading provider of video interviewing technology to help our clients cut down on phone screens and second interviews with video interviews that you control. Use our virtual video interview to screen candidates, or set up a live video interview between the candidate and hiring manager before wasting their time or spending your money to bring them in house too early. You'll be amazed at how much more productive you become when you can share recorded interviews with your team so they can give critical input without interfering with their day. We even provide the web cameras and support to get everyone up and running so you can focus on the important stuff.
